WORLD ecoConstruct featuring infrastructure ARABIA Summit, will take place at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre, UAE.

 Strategically positioned at the heart of one of the most rapidly developing and prosperous regions of the world and at the crossroads of Asia, Europe and Africa, Abu Dhabi is an ideal location for international trade shows and conventions.

The Emirate is poised for a new era of growth and development as a regional and international trade fair hub with the newly created Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC).

 General Information

Admission
Admission to the exhibition is for trade visitors only.  The exhibition is open from:

Registration cards must be completed prior to entry.  Invitations may be obtained from the organisers or from any exhibiting company. No children admitted

Banks
National Bank of Abu Dhabi has a branch within the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre and is located in the Grandstand area. Several ATM machines are also available around the venue.

Business Centre
Business Centre is located on the first level; access is available via the escalators and lifts in the atrium. 

Catering and Refreshment
Café serving light refreshments and snacks will be available within the exhibition. All café’s and restaurants are located in the Grandstand Food Court and within the concourse.

Car Parking
ADNEC has two car parks that are operational during the event, Car Park A and Car Park B.  Please note that this is an automated system and tickets will be issued at the entry barriers of the car parks.

The parking tariffs are as follows:

0 – 30 minutes – free of charge
0 – 1 hour – AED 10.00
1 – 2 hours – AED 20.00
2 – 5 hours – AED 30.00
5 – 8 hours – AED 40.00
8 – 11 hours – AED 50.00
11 – 12 hours – AED 60.00
12 – 24 hours – AED 80.00

Charges will be automatically calculated upon your exit at the pay stations.

Rules
Lost tickets will be charged at AED 150.00
Please retain your ticket at all times
Only pay when you are ready to leave

First Aid
There is a medical centre located at the foyer of hall 7 and will be available during the exhibition hours.

Please contact a member of the security staff or one of the Organisers Offices for assistance.

Organisers and Sales Office
The WORLD ecoConstruct Organisers’ & Sales Office is located at Hall 8 .

Post Office
Emirates post is located in the Grandstand area. 
 
Prayer Rooms
ADNEC has designated Male and Female prayer rooms with washing facilities. The prayer rooms are located on Level 1; access to the men’s prayer room is by the LEFT escalator on the Atrium and the women’s prayer room is by the RIGHT escalator on the Atrium.

Media Centre
The media centre is located above Hall 7 – Capital Suite 11.

Prohibitions
The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission.  The Organisers reserve the right to order the expulsion of any person whose conduct in their opinion renders this course of action necessary. Canvassing for orders by unauthorised persons is prohibited and will necessitate expulsion.  No handbills or placards may be affixed to any part of the building or site area.  No material printed or otherwise, may be distributed in any part of the site without the express permission of the organisers. Children below the age of 18 will not allowed

Taxis
Taxis will be located in front of Entrance Gate A.

Telephone Cards
Telephone cards may be purchased from the Business Centre located on level 1 or from Emirates Post Office located in the Grandstand area.

Toilets
Toilets are conveniently located in the foyers and inside the exhibition halls.
